Warranty Policy

At Avela Lights Toronto (part of Arture Commerce LLP), we take pride in offering high-quality lighting products that are built to last. To support your purchase, we provide a 2-year limited warranty on all lights and fixtures sold through our website.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered?

Manufacturing defects in the fixture structure, components, or finishes
Defective electrical components such as wiring, switches, and lamp holders
Premature failure not caused by misuse or external damage

What Is Not Covered?

Damage from incorrect installation, mishandling, or modifications
Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or discoloration over time
Damage caused by exposure to elements if the fixture is not rated for outdoor use
Bulbs unless explicitly specified as covered
Shipping damage due to improper return packaging

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem covered under this warranty, please contact us at info@avelalights-toronto.com and include the following:

Your order number
Date of purchase
Clear photos showing the issue and product condition
Brief description of the problem

We will assess your claim and determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement or repair. If approved, we will send a replacement product or component at no extra cost and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the original delivery date and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, to the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
